Q - Are you the manufacturer?
Yes, unlike many so-called "factory direct" claims, we manufacture the flags and Wonder Poles®, and accessories for all of our Wind Dancer Flag products. This means we can support the product, and have a vested interest in improving the action and quality of the product on a continual basis. We are knowledgeable and know how they work and can provide you with the key information both before and after the sale.

Q - Are the Wonder Poles® fiberglass, and are they the same pole we see on other web sites?
Yes they are fiberglass, and are the strongest telescoping pole in the world. Wonder Pole is the only circumferentially wrapped telescoping fiberglass pole in our industry, and we are the manufacturers. Some web sites sell imitations and use names or phrases to make them sound like the Wonder Pole® . The easiest way to tell is to look for the label that says Wonder Pole®. The Wonder Pole is the only pole with the "Guaranty in the box" Don't be fooled by a "limited warranty". Be sure to ask for the guaranty, and the name Wonder Pole®. The Wonder Pole® is designed for long term outdoor use with a variety of flags and banners. Unlike day use poles, imports, and modified fishing poles, we build long lasting quality poles for private and commercial applications.

Q - How do I mount the pole and the Wind Dancer flag?
We supply a 24" ground sleeve with every pole. You can cement the sleeve directly into the ground which will enabling you to remove the pole and flag when needed, or leave it on the pole when attaching to a fence, post, or another structure to protect from the pole from damage. The ground sleeve is custom made for an exact fit, and is a strong black polyurethane construction. You can also use our vehicle tire stand, Wonder Base, and Roof mount to display your Wind Dancer flag set. The Wind Dancer flag comes with our patented pivotal harness and slips onto the pole for fast easy setup. Remember, we are here to help if you have any questions. Q - How much does the wonder Pole and Wind Dancer flag weigh?
Our precision equipment and use of high strength materials allows us to keep the weight to a minimum while maximizing strength and durability. The Wonder Pole and Wind Dancer flag set weighs approximately 7 to 8 pounds. They are shipped in one box, of 4 sets. When additional sets are order at one time we may pack the Wonder Poles and flags is separate boxes to conserve space.

Q - How do you ship the Wind Dancer flag & Wonder Pole sets?
All of our Wonder Poles,Wind Dancer flags, and accessories ship UPS ground unless you choose to upgrade the service. We will send you a confirmation and tracking number to your email so you will know when your order is processed and when it is scheduled to arrive.

Q - How is the Wind Dacner flag made and how long can I expect it to last?
The flags are constructed of Dupont® nylon and finished at the burgee end with Gortex® thread for additional strength. The flag is sewn on all sides and finished with European burgee finish at the tail end. We take great pride in our hand sewn Wind Dancer flags and do not know of any other flag manufacture that uses the same quality materials or craftsmanship to make this pennant. That is why we have a United States registered trade mark for our product. Due to the many variables in weather and types of use it is impossible to determine the exact life of any flag. With proper care our Wind Dancer flags will wear as long or longer than any competitive banner. We realize that many of our valued customers are not familiar with the characteristics of flag construction, dyes, and materials used in manufacturing. All dyed flags absorb rays. The color absorption process not only gives us our flag color but aids in the degradation of the dye (fading) from the sun. The flag materials are effected in the same way and are acted upon by the forces of wind and airborne particles driven into the flag. The reinforced fly end is also exposed to these factors especially during windy and rainy conditions. So, flags can be expected to wear or fade out in response to geographical conditions, methods of attachments, and placement within the local area of display. If you should feel that the flag did not last as long as you hoped for, please contact us and we will arrange to assist you. We also have a Wind Dancer replacement program that will discount your purchase during the first year.

Q - How should I care for my Wind Dancer flags?
Help prevent premature flag wear. Take the flag down during storms whenever possible. Keep your flag from fraying or tearing by looking at the fly end of the flag for any signs of war. If wear appears, the worn part should be cut off and the flag re-hemmed. A clean flag will last longer. Pollutants in the air will get into the fabric and cause it to degrade. To clean, wash it in a mild detergent, rinse and hang dry. Keep your flag away from petroleum and chemical products. Never fold or store a flag when it is wet. Let it hang dry completely before you put it away. Wet flags will mildew and ruin the fabric.

Q - Are the Wind Dancers and Wonder Pole guaranteed?
We guarantee our Wonder Poles for 1 year from the date of invoice against failure under normal use. We cannot control the many geographical variables and climatic conditions that can affect flag wear so it is impossible to absolutely guarantee any flag. We do however recognize the importance of supporting our customers both before and after the sale. Should your flag wear prematurely due to climatic or geographical conditions, we will review these conditions and make conditional allowances towards replacements. No other flag company to our knowledge goes this far. Please ask about our flag guarantee replacement program.

Q - How long after I place my order does it take to ship the Wind Daner?
Most online orders ship the same day or next business day. Orders by phone may be 1 to 2 business days. Because we manufacture the Wind Dancer flags we can provide superior service. Most inventory is in stock and ready for shipment the same day.

How to use the patented Wind Dancer Pennants

The Wind Dancer comes in two size pennants and is mounted on the super strong telescoping 21' Wonder Pole. The patented pivotal harness allows for a six directional movement which creates a dazzling display of color and movement. If you are trying to get attention, or want to create a festive atmosphere this is the way to do it. Depending on your budget, area size, frontage, and type of event, you may wish to purchase several sets. There is no set rule about the size of Wind dancer pennant you can use with the Wonder Pole.
